Background: In a steam boiler, economizers, plate steam water heaters formed a difficult to remove layer of precipitated salts of calcium and magnesium.
Goal: Eliminate existing deposits, inhibiting formation of a new lime-scale.
Result: Steam boiler and plate steam water heaters works without additional cleansing. Significantly reduced the labor costs for annual (routine) cleanings.

about the work of ferrite water conditioners
Our company … in addition to the already installed in 2011 devices, Hydroflow: Custom C-10, C-160 and C-120, purchased in 2015-2016 new devices: WS-62 and WS-168 for lime-scale protection of economizers and steam boiler DKVr-10/13.
The new devices worked the heating season and proved its effectiveness. We found much less lime-scale, and the rest was washed with a “Karcher” [compact car wash device]. In comparison with the old devices, the new ones showed themselves no worse.
Currently the plate steam water heaters, economizers and steam boiler operate without additional cleaning. Significantly decreased labor costs. Devices work reliably, without failures.
